These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the PlantCare Pro mobile app (iOS and Android) and plantcarepro.app. By using PlantCare Pro you agree to these terms.
Use of the service
You may use PlantCare Pro for personal, non-commercial plant identification and care. You agree not to misuse the service — including reverse engineering, scraping the app, or attempting to identify other users from their data.
Subscriptions and billing
Premium subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID (iOS) or Google Play account (Android). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage and cancel subscriptions from your platform's account settings.
AI-generated content disclaimer
PlantCare Pro's identifications and care advice are generated by AI and are intended as guidance, not as professional advice. We aim for high accuracy but cannot guarantee 100% correctness. Do not consume any plant identified by the app without independent verification. For ornamental, medicinal or toxicity questions, consult a qualified professional.
User content
You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading, you grant PlantCare Pro a limited licence to process those photos for the purpose of identification, diagnosis and storage in your private My Garden.
Intellectual property
PlantCare Pro, our logo, app, and website are protected by copyright and trademark. You may not use our branding without permission.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or attempt to harm the service. You can delete your account at any time from within the app.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlantCare Pro is provided "as is". We are not liable for damage to plants, property, or personal injury resulting from acting on AI-generated advice.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged in the app and dated here.
